Ttravellers Song
Song of the traveller
Once in a moonlit garden
did a warm and moonlit breeze
bend the swaying Linden
and play in the moonlit trees
and a moonlit stream of silver
caressing the moonlit banks
ran faint by the whispering grasses
that cushioned my spindly shanks.
Under a darkening heaven
whisper a moonlit wish
and dip in the moonlit water
to catch me a silvery fish
